fs AGENCY originates from  the gallery FuzzyArt. Owner Dominique Lap generated an enormous amount of PR for the artists that exhibited and in 2003 she decided to  focus on PR  only with her agency. The original name FuzzyShots was changed in 2013 to fs AGENCY together with the logo to be more in line with the (international) clients.

Owner Dominique Lap started her company in 2003 and immediately had cosmetic clients as M∙A∙C cosmetics and Estée Lauder. Over the years her company grew and holds now over 70 brands in its portfolio. Dominique has a Master in Communication studies, sometimes reviews science fiction & fantasybooks for the newspaper and has another company with her sister.

During her Media and Entertainment management studies Maureen got in touch with large multimedia and fashion companies. Commerce has always been a very important aspect within these companies. Furthermore, adhering to the wishes of her customers is Maureen’s number one priority. That, combined with her love for fashion and beauty, made the next step into PR very clear to her. Maureen is eager to learn and will make sure to develop as much as possible within our company.

Lianne Görtz
Junior PR manager fashion

Lianne studied Dutch Language and Culture at the Radboud University in Nijmegen, where she followed several classes in journalism. She was always curious about the ins and outs of the fashion and beauty industry and moved to Amsterdam for an editorial internship at online magazine Beautify. Apart from writing and social media, she learned one or two things about PR and choose to move her career in that direction. She became part of the fashion team of fs AGENCY in March 2018 and works as a junior pr manager for Chantelle, Passionata, Beachlife, Leg Avenue and MAGIC Bodyfashion.

Anouk Van Haaster

After studying Fashion & Branding at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, Anouk has gained more than eight years of experience in the world of PR. She has worked for agencies and brands in the lifestyle segment and likes to work for brands with an interesting story. Because of her creative spirit - Anouk knows how to realise the best results for each different brand or product. In addition to the rollout of PR activities and events, Anouk is a real people person and she works always with personal approach. Her focus is mainly the Belgian media and influencers, and is responsible for the brands La Mer, OGX, Sleek and Paula's Choice. In her free time she is a great lover of travel, yoga and surfing.

Doede Akster
PR manager Beauty & Lifestyle

Doede Akster studied Leisure management in the north of The Netherlands. During his first job at a PR agency, it became clear that he both had a talent for writing and organising events. Before joining fs AGENCY he was part of the project team at Lloyd hotel in Amsterdam and participated in setting up two new hotel concepts. Doede’s passion for beauty, PR and writing all come together at his position at fs AGENCY, where he works for international beauty and fragrance brands and several lifestyle brands.

Fenna Tax

After her study hotel management Fenna worked a small period of time as an event manager but decided to change her career and started at TMO Fashion Business School. During her internship at fs AGENCY, the activities such as organizing PR events, assisting stylists and presenting a new brand to the press really was a match and so she stayed and is the assistant of the director.

Sophie Schraven

Sophie studied Communications in Nijmegen. Her first marketing job at five star luxury hotel Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam taught her to always work from a basis of excellent service and optimal experience. She also worked as a Graphic Designer, Marketing & Communications Teacher as well as a Brand Manager at Make-up Studio where she was responsible for a.o. branding, trendwatching and the organization of Fashion Week. In her latest freelance assignment she helped establish a sustainable company including its lifestyle label. Within a short time of period she developed herself in building, launching and sustaining a brand. She comprehended that pr is indispensable for a brand and decided to specialize herself at fs AGENCY.
