The environmentally conscious brand, La Mer, celebrated World Oceans Day on June 8th together with journalists and influencers, spending the day on Vuurtoreneiland in Amsterdam. To create awareness for the importance of the ocean, La Mer produced a limited edition Crème de La Mer, a moisturizer with healing powers extracted from plants in the sea that contain regenerative benefits. Vuurtoreneiland prepared a vegetarian lunch infused with seaweed, further highlighting the importance of the ocean and the actions La Mer is taking on a daily basis to protect wildlife and their habitat.
