Owner Dominique Lap started her company in 2003 and immediately had cosmetic clients as M∙A∙C cosmetics and Estée Lauder. Over the years her company grew and holds now over 70 brands in its portfolio. Dominique has a Master in Communication studies, sometimes reviews science fiction & fantasybooks for the newspaper and has another company with her sister.

Kay Coenraad, cheerful, energetic, with a passion for PR and with the aim of happy customers. She studied Leisure management at the BUAS in Breda and moved to Amsterdam for her thesis and never left this beautiful city. Kay is very passionate about going the extra mile and asking questions where others remain silent. This has brought her to where she is today, PR manager at fs Agency. She is responsible for fashion brands from the fs AGENCY portfolio in which she searches for the perfect PR match.

Esmee Schild studied at Windesheim and achieved her bachelor in 2021. She wrote her thesis on influencer marketing. After being an intern at fs AGENCY and later at Paula’s Choice, then a client of fs AGENCY, she applied for a job when an opening came up. Owner Dominique did not have to think twice and hired her on the spot. Esmee works on both fashion and beauty clients at fs AGENCY.

Jordan Seca studied graphic design and is an expert in social media, being an influencer herself on Instagram. Being targeted herself by PR agencies led to an interest in PR and the job to follow. Jordan has worked for several brands in a PR and social media role before joining fs AGENCY. In her portfolio are beauty brands that flourish due to her quick wit and fast pen.
